QUBICAAMF ACQUIRES AFTERMARKET PINSPOTTER PARTS BUSINESS FROM
VANTAGE BOWLING CORPORATION
Including Brunswick GS-X Pinsetter Parts
Richmond, Virginia, December 12, 2008 – Effective today, QubicaAMF has purchased the aftermarket
pinspotter parts business of Vantage Bowling Corporation. This includes parts for AMF and QubicaAMF
Pinspotters as well as Brunswick parts for the A and GS Lines of Pinsetters. The transaction also includes
the rights to use the Vantage name.

QubicaAMF and Vantage will be managed as separate lines, maintaining the current distribution networks
that are currently in place. Vantage products will continue to be available from the same places they have
been in the past.
